Adam was very helpful and represented me well in a petite larceny case. He made everything go smoothly and when I had questions at anytime I was able to call his office and speak with him for free, along with his secretary Emma who was very helpful as well! Adam is very trustworthy and he knows what he's doing. He was honest and clear with me about everything that was going to happen and helping me to keep my record clean.
I contacted Adam shortly after I was pulled over and saddled with multiple tickets for driving on a suspended license, on an expired registrations (that was also suspended) and a for having a headlight out (why I got pulled over in the first place). I contacted Adam's office via his website, and he called me later that same day. We met the very next day (on a Sunday!), and went over my case. He was realistic and positive, telling me the most realistic outcome as two of the tickets had misdemeanors attached to them. We ended up having to move my court date as he was out of town on the originally scheduled date, and his office staff kept me informed (although I often called to check on moving my date!). His fees are very reasonable, and he allowed me to pay in two installments prior to my court date. He told me exactly what to do (clear up any old suspensions, get my car fixed or get rid of it, etc.). He asked me to provide him with the proof on the day of court and the DA's office was willing to throw out two tickets and reduce the misdemeanors to non moving violations. My actual time in court in front of the judge was less than five minutes, and Mr. Militello came and sat with me and described the plea prior to getting called. Afterwards, I received a written summary of the outcome from his office. In summary, Mr. Militello is approachable, personable, funny, and made me feel relaxed during this stressful process. I hope to not need a lawyer again, but if I ever do, Adam is the first person I'll be calling! You want him representing you in any legal matter!!

He was very honest in his opinion as to how to proceed with the case and it's possible outcome. No promises that may not be able to be kept just straight and to the point.
